Existing Paid Orders

Confirmed paid order सामान्यतः उस Terms version और order conditions से governed होगा जिसे order confirmation के समय accept किया गया था, जब तक law, mutual agreement या mandatory security requirement के कारण बदलाव आवश्यक न हो।

25. सामान्य Contract Provisions

Entire Agreement

ये Terms, incorporated policies, confirmed quotation, invoice और applicable service-specific conditions संबंधित service के लिए complete agreement बनाते हैं।

Order of Precedence

Conflict होने पर specific signed agreement, confirmed order terms, invoice conditions और इन master Terms का precedence उस क्रम में हो सकता है, जब तक अलग लिखित रूप से agreed न हो।

Severability

यदि कोई provision invalid या unenforceable पाया जाता है, तो शेष provisions लागू बने रहेंगे।

Waiver

किसी right को तुरंत enforce न करना उस right का permanent waiver नहीं माना जाएगा।

Assignment

User हमारी written consent के बिना अपनी contractual rights transfer नहीं कर सकता। हम business restructuring, merger या change of control के संबंध में rights transfer कर सकते हैं, subject to applicable law.

Force Majeure

Natural disaster, war, government restriction, internet outage, cyber incident, blockchain failure, labour disruption या अन्य reasonable control से बाहर घटना के कारण delay के लिए liability सीमित हो सकती है।

No Partnership

Website use या paid order से employment, partnership, joint venture, agency या fiduciary relationship नहीं बनता।

Language

इन Terms का Hindi और English version उपलब्ध हो सकता है। किसी inconsistency की स्थिति में `[HINDI/ENGLISH]` version लागू होगा, subject to applicable law.

Electronic Records

Invoices, acceptance records, emails, electronic signatures और digital communications legally permitted electronic records के रूप में उपयोग किए जा सकते हैं।
